I originally called Steadfast Construction because I needed a few siding boards replaced and had been noticing a lot of granules collecting in my gutters. I wasn't sure if it was normal or something more serious. During the inspection they found hail damage and took the time to show me what they were seeing. Bahman did a great job explaining my options and helping me through the insurance process without making me feel pressured. He even told me I could wait for another storm because the damages wouldn't cause a leak for several more years. I decided to file the claim because I am selling my house next year and wanted to get the house in great shape. What started as a small siding repair ended up with my insurance approving a new roof and gutters. Steadfast continued working with my adjuster and even helped get the exterior painting approved. In the end, I only paid my deductible plus the cost of the siding boards I already wanted replaced. The project went very smoothly. They completed the siding repairs at the same time as the roof, kept me updated throughout the process, protected the property, and cleaned everything up when they were done. They also upgraded my roof to Malarkey impact-resistant shingles at no additional cost. What I appreciated most was that Steadfast was honest, organized, and easy to work with.

Bahman and crew did a great job on our home. We were moving from out of state and the house needed some paint and minor roof work before moving in. We were on a tight timeline but they got it done and done well. We were so thankful Bahman and his painter walked through the house with me. They were able to point out areas that only a trained eye would see but needed to be fixed. The scope of work: outdoor painting and trim, roof repair, indoor wall patching and painting, and baseboards and door frame painting. He spent hours assessing my roof and in the end let me know my roof was in decent condition and didn't have to do anything at this time. He was so knowledgeable when it came to dealing with insurance companies, researched weather events in recent years that might have caused damage, and spent an hour patiently answering all my questions. Excellent experience. Other roofing companies were pressuring me to file an insurance claim, risking a denial. He also said he'll remind me and do free inspections every time there is a bad hail storm to make sure any damage can be addressed immediately. 100% recommend!
